How cold can the chillers make the water?
The water can be cooled down to 0°C with the Zero° Chiller Pro, or 3°C with the Core Chiller Pro.
All our chiller and ice baths are designed to maintain a constant temperature.
How often do I have to change the water?
Because of the 2-stage filtration system and powerful Ozone disinfection, the water can be used for up to 2-3 months, assuming normal usage (and pre-plunge hygiene)
How quickly will Pre-Ordered items be delivered?
These items are made-to-order and the current delivery time is approximately 12-14 weeks. You can Contact us to ask about latest delivery times.
How do I clean an ice bath?
Unplug the appliance, empty the water, clean the inside of the tub mild, with non-toxic cleaners and detergent, e.g. diluted hydrogen peroxide, bicarbonate of soda & white vinegar, and/or Swiss BioShield - SeptiGuard.
Rinse thoroughly and refill the tub.
How long is the warranty period?
OBERON products are covered by a 2 year limited warranty (residential), and 1 year (commercial). See Section 7 of our Terms of Service for more details.
Contact us for help or advice if Issues occur outside the warranty period. We will supply you spare parts at cost price.
Is my payment information safe with you?
Yes, our website is powered and secured by Shopify and is fully Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, so you can be assured your payment information is completely safe and secure.
OBERON does not store, nor have access to, your payment details. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI- DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you accept online payments?

How long will it take to recieve my order?
In stock products normally are delivered in 2-3 days. Made to order (pre-ordered) products typically take 12-14 weeks.
My order was damaged during delivery, what can I do?
Notify OBERON in writing of any apparent transport damage without undue delay and no later than five (5) days after delivery.
Complaints related to shipping or transport must be addressed by the buyer to the carrier immediately upon receipt of the delivery, and:
(i) note “accepted with reservation” on the carrier’s document,
(ii) have the carrier acknowledge & countersign such note, and
(iii) preserve the packaging for inspection. A delivery photo or carrier scan at the address may serve as proof of delivery. OBERON GmbH will assess these claims against the transport company.

Do you offer returns?
Switzerland has no general statutory right to return non-defective online purchases. We therefore offer a discretionary goodwill return window of 14 days for certain accessories.
